This ergonomic unisex baby carrier enables comfortable, safe and supportive carrying from birth to two years. Made from breathable organic cotton, it’s designed for front, back and hip-wearing with baby facing inwards for intimacy and connection. Made with baby carrier experts Isara, it was created and developed in collaboration with a baby wearing consultant and a team of specialised orthopaedics. It’s woven for a soft-on-the-skin feel in our signature prints to seamlessly complement our range of unisex baby, toddler and parenting accessories.

Care Instructions
Wash only when necessary to increase the life of your full buckle carrier. In case of stains on the fabric, spot clean with a damp cloth, soap and warm water and let it dry. When using the washing machine, please make sure you use a mild detergent and a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Please ensure all buckles are fastened before washing.

Any charges of this nature will be calculated on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that these fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, return shipping and any fees applied will be deducted from the refund. Any parcels which are refused on delivery, or returned to us after failed delivery / collection attempts will be subject to a service fee (£10 UK / £15-£25 EU, dependent on country).

Shipping is with DPD - please note that if you have an account set up with them and have a safe place saved, they will deliver to that. Your delivery notifications will also be sent to the app (if you have deleted the app, but not your account, you will not receive the notifications). DPD will attempt delivery twice, after which your order will be returned to us for either a refund, minus original shipping and service fee, or we can resend, on receipt of a further shipping payment.

If you wish to return them for any reason, please email us at:

State the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund* or exchange**. We will respond as soon as possible and advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund*. Any difference in price will need to be considered before your new style is sent out to you. Please post your goods back to us within 14 days including a note with your name, order number and reason for return within the parcel. The items to be returned must remain in the condition and packaging they were received in. Any items returned not in a saleable condition will be subject to either  a restocking fee, or will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

All EU + International returns: please note that the return shipping charges and any associated duties + taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send out your new Tiba + Marl bag or issue the agreed refund*.

*Refunds are to the value of the item/s purchased and do not include cost of P&P. If you have used the first order discount and return part of your order, making the total order value under £100, please note that the refund issued will be minus the discount amount.

** We offer free shipping on one exchange transaction within the UK (including, without limitation, Guernsey and Jersey). Postage for subsequent exchange transactions within the UK will be charged at £10. All exchanges outside the UK will be charged postage at the standard rate for that territory.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 


We have thoroughly quality tested our products and hope you love them as much as we do.  In case of any issues, our items are covered by a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.  If an issue presents itself within the first 30 days from purchase, we will arrange to have it returned to us and will replace or refund, after that, in line with our environmental policy, we will repair where possible.

The turnaround for an in-house repair is approximately 14 days, however we do hold stock of replacement parts in our studio, which we can send directly to you so that you can get your product fixed locally at a tailor/cobbler.  A local repair is the quickest way to get your item fixed, as there will be no need to wait for shipping/couriers. We will refund the local repair cost upon seeing a copy of the receipt, and the original warranty will still stand.

If your product is out of warranty, we are still able to send you replacement parts, however we will not cover the repair cost.

Unfortunately we can't repair / replace a faulty item without proof of purchase.

Please note that this excludes any issues which are due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to our Bag Care section for information on how to look after your bag.
