Care Instructions
Spot clean internals with a damp cloth. Spot clean exterior with a damp cloth. Spot clean or hand wash padded changing mat. We advise that when zipping and unzipping your backpack you hold it or place in onto a surface. Do not hold it by the actual zips to open and close it. If hanging your bag on a stroller, do so by using our T+M stroller clips (available separately) or placing the shoulder straps over the handles. Do not hang the bag from a stroller clip by the grab handle.

I ordered the Elwood taupe and although I loved it there was a slight pucker in the stitching (this probably wouldn’t of caused an issue but as I’d noticed it I knew would be a bugbear to me) I emailed customer service and the response was amazing, were more than accommodating to either offer me a partial refund or exchange. I opted to exchange and was sent a replacement within 24 hours of returning the original. I couldn’t be happier with it, the quality is great and I can’t wait to use. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time couldn’t rate higher.
