Beautiful bag - faulty connections

I received my Hiro bag and loved it, really perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the connections attaching the straps to the bag have broken after only a week or so. I have reached out to customer service and await their response
UPDATE: customer service were so so helpful, a new strap was dispatched very quickly and arrived before I knew it! Communication throughout was superb and delighted my lovely bag is in full working order once more!! Perfect, thank you so much

Perfect Nappy Bag for Small Outings!

We were using a huge, heavy rucksack as a nappy bag for every outing and quickly realised we needed something much smaller for popping out to the shops and for a walk. This nappy bag is perfect for the essentials - a must buy!

Perfect bag

This bag is the perfect for nipping somewhere quickly when you don’t need ALL supplies, like baby classes when you just need changing siupplies. It’s stylish too.
