Care Instructions
Spot clean internals with a damp cloth. Spot clean exterior with a damp cloth. Spot clean or hand wash padded changing mat. If hanging your bag on a stroller, do so by using our T+M stroller clips (available separately) or placing the shoulder straps over the handles. Do not hang the bag from a central stroller clip by the grab handle.

Zip broken

Loved this bag however as with previous comments, the zip has disintegrated rendering it unusable. No option for repair. Not the long term durability you would expect from such an expensive product and when I have taken very good care of it. Very disappointed especially given the company’s commitment to ‘sustainability’.

Lovely bag but it stinks!

I bought both the Elwood and the Inka and they both absolutely stink of fish. I emailed to ask if it was a known issue and was told to air them out outside which I can’t do as all it has done is rain recently. I have had them quarantined in the utility room for weeks as they smelt so bad and finally used them yesterday but the smell is still there and now everything that has been inside the bag also stinks of fish. The bags look lovely but the smell is awful.

Zip Broken- no option to repair

I spent £165 on this bag and it has been brilliant, until the zip has broken on the bag leaving it unusable. I've contacted the customer service team and been informed they have no way to repair zips and in exchange offered a discount on a replacement bag. I would not purchase another bag if the zip is going to break again. Poor customer service. So frustrating as the rest of the bag is in really good state of repair just the zip needs replacing.

Unfortunately, the problem with your zip tape is not fixable and the only solution is to replace the whole zip, which we’re currently unable to do in‑house. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, however, due to the age of your bag we’re unable to offer any other form of support.

Fantastic baby change bag

I was looking for a better backpack changing bag after trying out a few and friend of mine recommended this!

It’s perfect, spacious enough to take all the things needed from a big day out! I can fit numerous nappies, wipes, 2 rapid cools, a flask, change of clothes, muslins, bibs, multiple bottles and even have room left for toys and extras!

The pram clip hooks are fantastic as well so can either wear or carry on pram without needing to take up space underneath the pram!

Couldn’t recommend any bag other than this!

A great parents backpack and would recommend but after 4 years its falling apart. Not been rough handled and not what i would expect from a £165 backpack!
