Care Instructions
Spot clean internals with a damp cloth. Spot clean exterior with a damp cloth. Spot clean or hand wash padded changing mat. If hanging your bag on a stroller, do so by using our T+M stroller clips (available separately) or placing the shoulder straps over the handles. Do not hang the bag from a central stroller clip by the grab handle.

I still use this loads despite my child now being 8 years old. Lasted this long. Its cool looking and an amazing companion for our travels in uk and abroad as a cabin bag.

Awful customer service

But when a parcel goes missing.
They refuse to help. They don’t reply to emails. Dhl have said they will refund Tina and marl. But TIBA + MARL will not refund or resend the parcel.

Scam of a company. With awful customer service care.

According to DHL, the parcel was successfully delivered to the designated address, therefore contrary to what you have stated, they will not be refunding us.
Our records also show that we have promptly responded to all your emails and have provided necessary assistance.

The customer service at Tiba and Marl has been first class.
