Becoming the strongest version of myself without losing myself in motherhood… that and the various extra curricular activities that take over our week.

A podcast on my drive, the same coffee order and whatever song the kids are currently obsessed with. They float between k pop demon hunters and heavy metal at the moment. Balance
FOR HERSELF:
Getting to the gym most mornings. The 5am start to fit it in is challenging but I’m a better Mum for it.
FOR NEW MUMS:
Allow yourself to become someone new. You don't have to spend your days fighting to get back to ‘the old you’.
RIGHT NOW:
Romanticising the everyday and making memories with my little people even when the days feel incredibly long.
