Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cool bag which arrived faulty and returned it for a replacement. My emails were repeatedly ignored until I left a negative review.

A replacement was eventually sent, along with a free gift, but unfortunately the replacement was faulty too. Customer service simply told me I was “unlucky” and then asked me to return both the faulty bag and the free “gift”.

I received refund through a bank chargeback. I also returned the faulty bag and “gift” as requested. Two faulty products and extremely poor customer service — I would not recommend.

I have this lunch bag, its brilliant. So much space and keeps food cold especially on hot summer days. Well worth the money and look forward to using it again this summer ☀️

Superb quality as always

This is my 5th purchase from Tiba and Marl and, as always, the quality is superb. The picnic bag is currently used for daily outings with my 2 and a half year old and 7 month old to carry snacks, weaning bits and pieces and bottles but will be great for summer picnics long into the future.
